As a Senior/Executive (Clinical Services, Program), you will be responsible for the following duties:

• Schedule multi-disciplinary clinic appointments for complex and post-operative cases.
• Organise patient workshops (e.g., dietetics, psychology, Obesity Community Programme).
• Conduct health coaching and follow-ups.
• Liaise with external partners (e.g., primary care, ActiveSG) for integrated care.
• Triage incoming referrals.
• Prepare annual reports for Clinical Board, QPIC, and performance reviews.
• Maintain clinical databases for programme evaluation.
• Analyse non-clinical feedback from programme surveys.
• Develop and refine clinical workflows with healthcare teams.
• Provide secretariat support (minutes, meeting slides, tracking action items, clinic template coordination).
• Any other task or projects as assigned

Requirements:

• University Bachelor's Degree
• Experienced in related areas would be an advantage.
