Singapore-based | Enterprise-focused | Global Payments Platform

A global payments platform is hiring an Account Manager in Singapore to manage and grow strategic merchant relationships across large-scale, cross-border businesses. This is a hybrid consultative sales and solutioning role with direct exposure to the largest ecommerce ecosystems globally, focused on driving revenue expansion, product adoption, and long-term client success.

You will own and develop key accounts, working closely with internal product, engineering, and commercial teams to deliver tailored payment solutions.

Our Ideal Candidate

8+ years of experience with a strong understanding of payment ecosystems including cross-border flows, local payment methods, and compliance considerations.
Background in presales, solution architect, technical account management, or customer success within payments.
Exposure to agentic solutions or advanced payment optimisation strategies is a strong advantage.
Fluency in English and Mandarin is required to manage merchants based in China.
Comfortable with occasional business trips
