About the Company

Apex Retail & Apex Wellness are growing businesses in the retail and wellness industry. We are looking for a junior and detail-oriented individual who is keen to build a career in accounting and bookkeeping.

Key Responsibilities (Bookeeping)

Assist in daily bookkeeping tasks for both entities
Support Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR) functions
Record invoices, receipts, and payments accurately
Perform basic bank reconciliations
Maintain proper filing and documentation of financial records
Assist in month-end closing and simple financial reports
Support senior/accounting team on ad-hoc duties

Requirements

Diploma in Accounting, Finance, or related field (or currently pursuing)
1–2 years of experience (Entry-level candidates are welcome)
Basic understanding of accounting principles is a plus
Familiar with Microsoft Excel and Quick book
Willing to learn, responsible, and detail-oriented
Positive attitude and able to work in a team
