Requirements:

Be contactable at least from 7am to 9pm daily but no need to be on-site, can work from home as long as have access to laptop and google drive

Job scope:

Every mid month make schedule for part time staff and send out to staff

Communicate with staff via company phone to ask for monthly availability dates

Collate applications for annual leave and send out via company phone

Do daily manpower scheduling from home in excel and send via phone to management

Receive texts from management regarding ad hoc changes to schedule and edit accordingly

接收管理层临时调整通知，并及时更新排班
