Full time acmv/hvac drafter (work from home)

Looking for Experienced ACMV / HVAC Drafter. This is a Full Time Work from Home Position.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare detailed drawings, plans, and layouts based on specifications, sketches, or instructions provided by engineers or designers.
• Ensure adherence to drafting standards, guidelines, and industry best practices while creating technical drawings.
• Utilize computer-aided design (CAD) software to create accurate and precise drawings, incorporating necessary dimensions, annotations, and symbols.
• Create and maintain comprehensive technical documentation, including drawings, schedules, and material list, for construction or manufacturing purposes.
• Make necessary revisions or modifications to drawings as directed by project managers or design professionals to accommodate changes or resolve issues.
• Collaborate with engineers, project managers and other stakeholders to understand design requirements, address queries, and coordinate drafting activities.
• Perform quality checks on drawings to ensure accuracy, completeness and compliance with design standards and project specifications.
• Organize and maintain electronic files of drawings and related documentation, ensuring easy retrieval and version control.
• Any other ad hoc task from superior or management.

Qualifications:

• Proficient in AutoCAD and Autodesk Revit.
• Must have knowledge in ACMV/ HVAC-type of work.
• Good communication and critical thinking.
• Proficient in MS Office.
• Must have AutoCAD installed on your laptop/ pc.
• Knowledge in ACMV design is an advantage.
• Knowledge in Revit is an advantage.

Requirement:

• Able to travel to Singapore twice a month or necessary for face to face meeting.
• Able to start immediately.
• Willing to work on a work from home basis.
• Relevant experience or exposure in ACMV projects or building services engineering
• Basic understanding of ACMV systems, equipment, and design principles
• Ability to read and interpret ACMV drawings, layouts, and technical specifications
• Must own a personal computer/ laptop.
• Good coordination, organisational, and problem-solving skills
• Willingness to learn and develop technical and design capabilities
• Able to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment
• Demonstrates effective communication and teamwork skills
