Govt (Environment Sector) – Temporary HR Business Partner | 4 Months Contract (Non-Renewable) | Up to $4,000

Location: Near Newton MRT
Working Hours: Mon – Fri, Office Hours
Contract Duration: 4 Months

Salary Range: $3,600 – $4,300++

Job Summary: Support HR operations and workforce initiatives by partnering with stakeholders, supporting recruitment activities, and handling day-to-day HR coordination in a fast-paced environment.

Job Responsibilities

Support divisions on manpower planning and HR matters
Coordinate recruitment activities, interviews, and onboarding arrangements
Handle employee enquiries and provide HR support
Assist in HR projects, process improvements, and workforce initiatives
Work closely with stakeholders to support HR operations and business needs

Requirements

Degree Holder in HR Related Fields
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Able to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
Meticulous, proactive, and able to work independently
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
Prior HR or recruitment experience is advantageous
