About Company
Our client is a well-established organization within the public sector in Singapore. They operate in a structured environment and work closely with different teams to support organization-wide initiatives and development. In line with continued growth and transformation, they are currently recruiting for a HR Business Partner (Junior) to support their HR operations and business partnering functions.
Roles & Responsibilities- Manage end-to-end recruitment including JD intake, sourcing, screening, interviews, salary proposals, offer management, onboarding/offboarding, and agency coordination.
- Handle employee relations matters as first point of contact for performance, grievance, disciplinary, and HR policy queries.
- Manage HR operations support, including work pass applications/renewals, HRIS testing, process improvements, and stakeholder coordination with hiring managers.
- Support campus recruitment and outreach activities with polytechnics/universities to build talent pipelines.
- Diploma/Degree in Human Resources or related discipline with at least 2 years of relevant HR experience.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, comfortable engaging with stakeholders across the organization at all levels.
- Organized, meticulous, and able to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic working environment.
