Our client, one of the leading FMCG in Singapore, is currently seeking a candidate to join them as an Executive Assistant.
Job Responsibilities:
- Provide secretarial support to the Director and Managing Director
- Answer incoming calls professionally and attend to visitors
- Maintain a neat and organised office space
- Work closely with vendors to arrange flights, transportation, accommodation
- To support and coordinate meeting arrangements for office and its visitors
- Handle office management e.g pantry management, renewal of admin office licenses etc
- Provide administrative support
- Assist the HR to review admin budget on a monthly basis and to monitor quarterly expenses
- Support the HR department, including the application of work permits, participate and plan for employee engagement activities, etc.
- Other ad hoc duties as required
Job Requirements:
- Diploma in Business Studies/Administration/Management or equivalent
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and Outlook
- At least 2 – 3 Years of relevant experience is preferred
