Good communication & interpersonal skills
Familiar with HR software and system will be an advantage

Responsibilities:

Oversea full spectrum of HR functions
Managing the entire recruitment cycle, from sourcing candidates to managing the onboarding process for new hires
Manage the employee lifecycle, from onboarding to offboarding, ensuring seamless HR operations and a positive employee experience.
Lead initiatives in employee engagement, career development, compensation & benefits, diversity & inclusion, and workplace culture.
Provide strategic HR guidance, coaching, and support to leadership on talent management, organizational development, and workforce planning.
