- Managing the entire recruitment cycle, from sourcing candidates to managing the onboarding process for new hires
- Manage the employee lifecycle, from onboarding to offboarding, ensuring seamless HR operations and a positive employee experience.
- Lead initiatives in employee engagement, career development, compensation & benefits, diversity & inclusion, and workplace culture.
- Provide strategic HR guidance, coaching, and support to leadership on talent management, organizational development, and workforce planning.
