Right now, they are seeking an experienced and people-driven Senior HR Manager to lead the HR function in Vietnam. This role will be responsible for driving all aspects of HR strategy and operations, ensuring alignment with business goals, enhancing employee engagement, and building strong organizational capabilities to support growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Partner closely with senior leadership to design and implement HR strategies that support business growth and organizational development.
  • Oversee all HR functions including talent acquisition, performance management, employee relations, compensation and benefits, training and development, and compliance.
  • Lead workforce planning initiatives and talent development programs to build a strong leadership pipeline.
  • Champion a high-performance culture through effective engagement, communication, and reward programs.
  • Manage employee lifecycle processes, ensuring a smooth onboarding, engagement, and retention experience.
  • Ensure compliance with local labor laws and company policies, mitigating HR-related risks.
  • Lead HR projects and initiatives, including digital HR transformation and employer branding.
  • Collaborate with the regional HR team on cross-country initiatives and best practice sharing.
  • Coach and develop HR team members, fostering a high-performing HR department.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • At least 8 years of progressive HR experience, with at least 3+ years in a leadership role within FMCG, retail, or manufacturing industries.
  • Strong knowledge of Vietnamese labor law and HR best practices.
  • Strategic thinker with strong business acumen and hands-on execution capability.
  • Proven ability to influence, collaborate, and build strong relationships with senior leaders and employees at all levels.
  • Excellent communication skills, both in Vietnamese and English.
  • Agile, resilient, and able to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
