Clinic Receptionist / Counselor / Administrative Staff - Toa Payoh

Job Description:

• Reception duties and appointment scheduling at our aesthetic clinic
• Counseling and supporting for Japanese patients
• Administrative tasks and handling payments
• Acting as a liaison between Japanese manager and local staff

• Salary: From SGD $3,200/month (depending on experience)
• Working Hours: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM
• Working Days: 5 days per week (from Monday to Saturday, 40 hours/week)
• Holidays: Sundays and public holidays / Paid leave
• Benefits: Same benefits as local staff (e.g., medical leave, etc.)

• Hourly Wage: From SGD $20/hour (depending on experience)
• Working Hours: Negotiable
• Working Days: Negotiable
• Holidays: Sundays and public holidays off / Paid leave (if working 35 hours/week or more)
• Benefits: Same benefits as local staff if working 35 hours/week or more (e.g., medical leave, etc.)

Requirements:

• Japanese proficiency: Native level (Must have)
• Experience in customer service or working in an English-speaking environment is a plus
• English proficiency is essential for communication with local staff, patients, and suppliers
• Employment under Work Permit (WP) is acceptable
