We’re looking for a sunny, charismatic, and highly organized Customer Service Specialist / Receptionist to be the first and last smile our patients see. This is more than just a front desk role — you are the heart of the patient experience, ensuring every visit is smooth, warm, and memorable.

What You’ll Do

Be the friendly face greeting patients warmly upon arrival and ensuring they feel cared for
Handle calls, emails, and messages fluently and professionally in English and Mandarin
Manage appointments accurately and efficiently to ensure smooth daily operations
Assist with patient check-ins, payments, and inquiries with a customer-first approach
Monitor clinic supplies and coordinate re-ordering
Maintain a tidy, welcoming front counter at all times
Support the team with administrative tasks (photocopying, scanning, scheduling, etc.)
Help organize monthly team meetings and internal events

Who You Are

Warm, approachable, and genuinely enjoys helping people
Well-spoken and presentable, with a positive, can-do attitude
Organized and detail-oriented, able to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
Fluent in English & Mandarin (spoken and written)
Computer-savvy, comfortable using office systems and payment terminals
Qualification: ITE, diploma, or equivalent
