Position : Clinic Receptionist cum Assistant (TCM/Training Provided/6 Days) - Up to $3,500

Location : East – Bedok South
Working hours : Monday to Saturday | 9am to 8pm – with 2 hours break time
Salary (commensurate with experience) : Up to $3,500 + Variable Bonus + Annual Leave + Medical Leave
Duration : Permanent
Industry : Traditional Chinese Medical

Main Responsibilities:

Greet patients, manage front desk ops (check-ins, scheduling, payments)
Handle inquiries via WhatsApp, calls, and walk-ins promptly
Assist physicians during consultations/treatments
Maintain accurate patient records using digital tools
Guide patients on clinic processes, post-treatment care, and herbal instructions
Monitor treatment progress and conduct follow-ups
Support inventory management, medication prep, and supply tracking
Meet monthly service goals and support admin tasks as needed

Requirements:

No prior clinic experience required – training will be provided
Candidates with experience in healthcare, beauty, retail, or wellness settings will have an advantage
Passion for Traditional Chinese Medicine and holistic health is a big plus
Bilingual in English and conversational Mandarin to communicate with patients who can only speak mandarin
