As an Assistant Manager, Facilities Management (Sustainability), you will be responsible for the following duties:

• Drive sustainability and energy efficiency initiatives, supporting the organisation’s Environmental, Social and Governance (ESG) goals
• Collect and manage utilities data (energy, water, waste) and monitor sustainability performance indicators
• Support Green Mark certification and ensure compliance with relevant regulations
• Prepare dashboards and reports to track sustainability performance and roadmaps
• Work closely with Facilities Management vendors and internal stakeholders to implement sustainability initiatives
• Coordinate sustainability reporting, including ESG scorecards and resource management plans
• Lead sustainability campaigns such as Reduce, Reuse and Recycle (3R) and promote behavioural change initiatives
• Support outreach programmes to build a culture of sustainability
• Provide technical support for energy efficiency improvements, including building systems review and enhancement projects
• Identify opportunities to standardise and enhance sustainable practices across facilities
• Perform any other ad hoc duties as assigned

• Recognised Degree in Facilities Management or equivalent field.
