$9,000 - $15,000 Basic + Sales Incentive

Adecco is partnering with a Global Leader in Facilities Management

The Job:

Drive profitable revenue growth by identifying, developing, and closing new business opportunities within the Facilities Management sector.
Build and maintain strong C-suite and senior stakeholder relationships, positioning company as a strategic long-term partner.
Develop market strategies, lead proposals and commercial negotiations, and collaborate with operations to secure and deliver large-scale contracts.
Monitor industry trends, strengthen competitive positioning, and ensure accurate pipeline management.

The Talent:

Degree in Business or related discipline (MBA is an advantage)
10 - 15 years of business development or sales leadership experience, with strong exposure to the Facilities Management industry.
Proven track record in strategic partnerships, new logo acquisition, and complex solution selling.
Strong commercial acumen, stakeholder influence, and ability to operate at senior management level.
