Job Description

Assist in the day to day administrative work and operations of the Facilities Department.
To source and requisite necessary equipment and inventories needed for each site.
Receive all incoming calls/ enquiries related to facilities issues.
Prepare all relevant quotations related to facilities services.
Keep all records of quotations in proper files.
Handle all office equipment.
Any ad-hoc duties assigned.
