Duties and Responsibilities

Assist Sales / Project Manager on success of program / project assigned
Prepare & establish project planning which include coordination, tracking & budgeting
Ensure customers’ requests are attended in timely manner
To co-ordinate with various departments internally and customers
Preparing necessary presentation materials for meetings
Performing day-to-day administrative duties and support including data entry, corresponds to emails and filing
Providing assistance to colleagues with their inquiries
Assisting to create Sales Item Master (IM) by using ERP system
Preparing sales report
Documenting and following up on important actions and decisions from meetings
Perform ad hoc duties as requested

Position Requirements

Education Requirements: Diploma / Degree in Mechanical / Mechatronics Engineering or related field

Experience Level Requirements: 3 years of working experience in manufacturing industry

Skills Desired:

Able to interpret technical drawings and specifications
Good interpersonal, communication skills and project management skills
Knowledgeable ERP System Software will be an advantage
Resourceful in problem solving
Able to work under pressure with minimum supervision
Meticulous with high accuracy in work submitted
