Our client is seeking a Order Fulfillment Engineer (Manufacturing/ Precision Engineering) to join their team!

What you'll be doing?- Project Planning: Establish comprehensive project plans, including coordination, tracking, and budgeting to ensure smooth execution.
- Customer Support: Attend to customer requests promptly, maintaining high levels of satisfaction and building strong relationships.
- Cross-functional Collaboration: Coordinate with various internal departments and external customers to facilitate project success.
- Presentation Preparation: Create engaging materials for meetings, showcasing project progress and achievements.
- Administrative Support: Manage day-to-day tasks such as data entry, email correspondence, and filing to keep operations running efficiently.
- Sales Support: Assist in creating Sales Item Masters using ERP systems and prepare insightful sales reports.
- Meeting Follow-up: Document and track important actions and decisions from meetings, ensuring nothing falls through the cracks.
- Educational Background: Diploma or Degree holders in Mechanical/Mechatronics Engineering or related fields, bringing relevant technical knowledge to the role.
- Industry Experience: Minimum 2 years of Order Management / Order Fulfillment experience in a manufacturing environment, and the ability to interpret technical drawings, understand engineering terminology, and coordinate orders using ERP systems.
- Technical Skills: Ability to interpret technical drawings and specifications, crucial for understanding project requirements.
- Interpersonal Abilities: Strong communication and project management skills to effectively collaborate with diverse teams.
- Software Proficiency: Knowledge of ERP System Software is advantageous but not mandatory.
- Problem-Solving: Resourceful approach to challenges, with the ability to find innovative solutions.
- Attention to Detail: Meticulous approach to work, ensuring high accuracy in all tasks.
- Working Hours: Mon to Fri 8:15am - 6pm
- Location: Changi North
- Salary: $3000 - $4000
