Order Fulfillment Co-ordinator

• Handle full order process spectrum in generating sales orders, purchase orders, goods receiving, delivery orders and invoices.
• Experience in handling both local and export shipment order process and shipment release coordination
• Coordinate shipment arrangement with suppliers, customers, forwarders and courier service.
• Perform goods receiving upon shipment arrival into the systems.
• Handle customers’ complaints, enquiries, shipment discrepancies related to orders with factory.
• Assist in processing warranty / RMA claims.
• Assists in documentation filing and handling of incoming calls.

Requirement:

• GCE “O/A” Level
• Junior position with 2 relevant working experience in similar capacity.
• Meticulous and proactive independent individual, a team spirit positive working attitude person with sense of initiative and able to work under minimal supervision and pressure.
• Good communication with interpersonal and writing skills
• Proficient customer service skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office
