We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Operations Assistant to support our daily operations and customer service back-end processes. This role is suitable for someone who enjoys problem-solving, working with people, and ensuring things run smoothly behind the scenes.
Key Responsibilities- Perform garment quality inspections and identify defects
- Monitor order status and garment workflow
- Investigate missing or outstanding items
- Coordinate with outlets and operations teams
- Communicate with customers on order updates and garment issues
- Provide administration and operational support
- Assist with process improvement initiatives
- Fresh graduates and interns welcome
- Responsible, detail-oriented, and willing to learn
- Good communication problem-solving skills
- Comfortable using WhatsApp and computer systems
- Monday - Saturday, 8.30am to 4.30pm
