Your contribution directly impacts customer satisfaction, brand loyalty, and the overall success of our retail operations.

• Greet customers warmly and provide assistance in identifying their needs and preferences
• Demonstrate product knowledge and educate customers about features, benefits and pricing
• Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently at the till, handling cash and digital payments
• Maintain visual merchandising standards by arranging and restocking products on shelves and display areas
• Conduct inventory checks and assist with stock rotation to ensure product freshness and availability
• Address customer inquiries and resolve complaints professionally and courteously
• Achieve personal and team sales targets through proactive selling techniques
• Maintain a clean, organised and safe shopping environment in compliance with health and safety regulations
• Support promotional activities and implement marketing initiatives at point of sale
• Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth daily operations and provide mutual support during peak trading periods

• Previous experience working in a retail or customer-facing environment, ideally in a fast-paced setting
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build rapport with diverse customers
• Excellent numeracy skills and accuracy when handling transactions and managing cash
• Ability to work flexibly, including weekends and public holidays as required for retail operations
• Physical capability to stand for extended periods and lift or carry moderately heavy items
• Demonstrated commitment to maintaining high standards of personal presentation and professional conduct
• Proactive attitude with a genuine desire to deliver outstanding customer service
• Basic computer literacy and familiarity with point-of-sale systems is advantageous
• Enthusiasm for learning about products and industry trends
