Housekeeping Assistant
About the role
We are seeking an energetic and detail-oriented Housekeeping Assistant to join our team at Treetops Executive Residences' in the Orchard Central Region. As a Housekeeping Assistant, you will play a vital role in ensuring the cleanliness and comfort of our luxury serviced apartments.This full-time position will involve a range of housekeeping duties to maintain our high standards of hospitality.
What you'll be doing- Thoroughly clean and maintain guest rooms, common areas, and other designated spaces to the highest standards of cleanliness and organization
- Restock and replenish linens, toiletries, and other necessary supplies in guest rooms
- Report any maintenance or repair issues to the Housekeeping Supervisor in a timely manner
- Ensure all equipment and cleaning materials are properly stored and maintained
- Provide exceptional customer service to our guests and handle inquiries or requests promptly and courteously
- Collaborate with the housekeeping team to ensure efficient and effective operations
- Previous experience in a housekeeping or cleaning role, preferably in a hospitality or residential setting
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to maintain high standards of cleanliness and organisation
- Excellent time management skills and the ability to work efficiently and effectively under pressure
- A customer-focused attitude and the ability to provide friendly and professional service to our guests
- Good communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively as part of a team
- Flexibility to work a range of shifts, including weekends and public holidays
