Assistant Talent Acquisition Manager
Job purpose
The Assistant Talent Acquisition Manager will primarily be responsible for leading and managing end-to-end recruitment activities across the organization, while supporting the broader spectrum of Human Resource functions including HR operations, employee lifecycle management, performance management, learning and development, employee engagement, and HR administration.
This role works closely with department managers to drive manpower planning, attract and hire quality talent, and support HR initiatives that contribute to organizational effectiveness. The ideal candidate should possess strong hands-on recruitment experience, with the ability to support generalist HR functions as a secondary scope.

Talent Acquisition招聘管理- Lead and manage end-to-end recruitment processes across departments, including manpower planning, job posting, candidate sourcing, screening, interview coordination, offer management, and onboarding.主导并负责各部门端到端招聘流程,包括人力规划、职位发布、候选人搜寻与筛选、面试安排、录用管理及入职支持。
- Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring needs, define job requirements, and develop effective recruitment strategies.与各部门经理紧密合作,了解招聘需求,明确岗位要求,并制定有效的招聘策略。
- Proactively source and engage candidates through various channels including job portals, social platforms, referrals, and networking.通过招聘平台、社交媒体、员工推荐及人脉网络等多渠道主动搜寻及吸引候选人。
- Manage the full candidate lifecycle, ensuring a positive candidate experience from initial engagement to onboarding.管理候选人全流程,确保从初步接触到入职的良好候选人体验。
- Coordinate and facilitate interviews, provide timely feedback, and drive hiring decisions efficiently.协调并推动面试流程,及时反馈结果,提高招聘效率。
- Prepare and manage offer processes including salary proposals, negotiations, and documentation.负责录用流程,包括薪资建议、谈判及相关文件准备。
- Track recruitment metrics and generate reports to support hiring performance and workforce planning.跟踪招聘数据并生成报告,以支持招聘绩效分析及人力规划。
- Support the full spectrum of HR functions including employee lifecycle management, performance management, learning and development, employee engagement, HR operations, and HR administration.支持全面的人力资源职能,包括员工生命周期管理、绩效管理、培训与发展、员工参与、人力资源运营及行政管理等。
- Maintain and manage employee records, HR documentation, and HR databases to ensure data accuracy and compliance.维护员工档案、人力资源文件及HR数据库,确保数据准确性及合规性。
- Support employee lifecycle processes including onboarding, probation review, employee confirmation, contract administration, and offboarding.支持员工生命周期管理,包括员工入职、试用期评估、转正、合同管理及离职流程。
- Assist in implementing performance management processes, including goal setting cycles, probation assessments, and performance reviews.协助推动绩效管理流程,包括目标设定、试用期评估及绩效评估。
- Support learning and development initiatives such as training coordination and internal training programs.支持培训与发展工作,包括培训安排及内部培训项目。
- Assist in employee engagement initiatives to promote a positive and productive workplace culture.协助组织员工活动及员工参与项目,提升员工体验与企业文化。
- Provide HR support and guidance to employees and managers on HR policies, procedures, and HR-related matters.为员工及管理层提供HR政策及流程方面的支持与建议。
- Support HR policy implementation and ensure HR practices comply with local labor regulations and company policies. 协助落实HR政策,并确保人力资源实践符合当地劳动法规及公司制度。
- Assist in HR reporting, HR analytics, and workforce data tracking to support HR decision-making.协助HR报告、数据分析及人力数据追踪,以支持管理决策。
- Participate in HR projects such as HR process improvements, system implementation, and HR digitalization initiatives. 参与HR项目,如流程优化、系统实施及HR数字化项目。
- Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to support organizational development and HR initiatives.与各部门协作,支持组织发展及人力资源项目。
- Perform other duties as assigned in accordance with business needs. 根据业务需要,执行管理层安排的其他职责。
- Diploma or Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related discipline.人力资源管理、工商管理或相关专业的大专或本科学历。
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience in HR generalist functions. 至少具备 3–5年人力资源综合职能经验。
- Proven hands-on experience in recruitment and talent acquisition as part of HR responsibilities. 具备实际招聘与人才招募经验,并作为人力资源职责的一部分。
- Candidates with headhunter or recruitment agency experience will have an added advantage. 具有猎头公司或招聘顾问公司经验者将更具优势。
- Experience supporting industries such as Retail, FMCG, TCM, health supplements, or consumer-related sectors will be advantageous. 具备零售、快消品(FMCG)、中医药(TCM)、健康补充品或相关消费品行业经验者优先考虑。
- Familiarity with HR processes including employee lifecycle management, performance management, and training coordination. 熟悉人力资源相关流程,包括员工生命周期管理、绩效管理及培训协调等。
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and stakeholder management skills. 具备良好的人际沟通能力及利益相关者管理能力。
