Trainee Program Manager | Up to 6.5K - KALLANG
Responsibilities:
- Manage the end to end recruitment and onboarding process
- Provide guidance and support to throughout the training program, addressing any concerns and facilitating their professional development.
- Organize and coordinate training sessions, workshops, and mentorship opportunities.
- Monitor and evaluate trainee progress, providing regular feedback and reporting to senior management.
- Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment that encourages collaboration and growth.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with business goals and objectives.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field.
- Proven experience in program management, talent development, or training coordination.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- A proactive and enthusiastic approach to problem-solving and team collaboration.
