Seeking a proactive and adaptable Assistant Manager for Programme Management to join a reputable executive education team. This role involves overseeing the full cycle of planning and delivering professional training and executive education programmes.
Working hours: Mon- Thurs 8.30am-5.45pm, Fri 8.30am – 5.15pm
Salary: $3,500 - $5,000
Location: West
You will be key in ensuring a smooth, high-quality learning experience for participants while working closely with both internal teams and external partners.

Key Responsibilities:- Oversee the entire programme lifecycle, including handling customer enquiries, managing leads, processing course applications, ensuring compliance with funding requirements, and coordinating programme delivery.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for course participants, faculty members, industry partners, vendors, and internal departments such as IT, Finance, and Operations.
- Provide timely and professional responses to all customer enquiries to ensure a positive and seamless experience.
- Efficiently manage multiple programmes simultaneously, meeting tight deadlines and handling high volumes of applications with strong prioritisation and time management.
- Supervise on-site programme execution, swiftly resolving any operational challenges or unforeseen issues.
- Ensure all documentation related to funding and compliance adheres to SkillsFuture Singapore (SSG) regulations.
- Analyse operational data to extract insights and support strategic programme decisions.
- Participate in continuous improvement efforts, contributing ideas and solutions to enhance operational efficiency and service quality.
- Minimum Degree qualification in any discipline
- At least 4 years of relevant experience in programme management, event management, or customer service role, preferably from a fast-paced large organization or educational
- Strong coordination, event management, and project management skills
- Proficient in MS Office, Zoom, Teams
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Able to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
