Trainee Program Manager | Up to $6,500

Responsibilities:

• Oversee the full recruitment and onboarding cycle, ensuring a smooth and engaging candidate experience
• Provide ongoing support and guidance to trainees, addressing concerns and promoting their professional growth throughout the program
• Plan and coordinate training sessions, workshops, and mentorship activities to enhance learning outcomes
• Track and assess trainee performance, delivering timely feedback and updates to senior leadership
• Cultivate a positive, inclusive learning culture that fosters teamwork, engagement, and development
• Partner with various internal departments to ensure training initiatives align with overall business strategies

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related discipline
• Prior experience in program coordination, talent development, or training-related functions
• Strong organizational and time management skills, capable of handling multiple tasks efficiently
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively across all levels
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
• A self-driven, proactive team player with a passion for learning and continuous improvement
