Job Scope

M&E Coordinator:

• Coordinate ACMV, Electrical, Plumbing & Sanitary (P&S), and Fire Protection works
• Review drawings and ensure compliance with specifications and regulatory requirements
• Liaise with consultants, subcontractors, and suppliers for technical coordination
• Identify and resolve design clashes and site coordination issues
• Monitor site progress and ensure quality standards are met
• Maintain proper documentation and submission records

Site Engineer / Project Coordinator:

• Assist Project Manager in planning and coordination of site activities
• Liaise with consultants, subcontractors, and vendors for smooth project execution
• Prepare and submit progress reports and documentation
• Monitor project schedule and ensure works are completed on time
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and contract specifications
• Support handover and project completion process

Job Requirements:

• Diploma / Degree in Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Building Services, or related discipline
• Relevant experience in main contractor environment preferred
• Knowledge of M&E systems (for M&E role)
• Familiar with construction drawings and coordination process
