Position: Project Coordinator

Working Hours: Monday to Saturday, 8:30am – 5:30pm

Monthly Rest Days: 4 days

About the Company

We are a growing company specializing in data cabling and network infrastructure solutions. We are looking for a Project Coordinator to support our project operations and site activities across Singapore.

Key Responsibilities

Coordinate with clients and follow up closely on client instructions and project requirements
Assist in planning, scheduling, and monitoring project progress
Liaise with site teams, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure smooth project execution
Ensure works are carried out according to safety standards and project specifications
Attend site meetings and provide project updates when required
Travel to project sites across the island as part of daily duties

Job Requirements

BCSS (BCA Safety Supervisor) certification is mandatory
Possess basic engineering knowledge
Experience in construction or data cabling projects preferred
Willing to travel island-wide for site coordination
