HR Executive - Sembawang

Job Overview:

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented HR Executive to support the full spectrum of HR & Admin functions. You will play an essential role in ensuring smooth HR operations across multiple regions. This position is ideal for someone who is organized, communicative and passionate about supporting people and processes in a dynamic work environment.

Job Description:

• Assist in the full spectrum of HR functions including recruitment and selection, onboarding and offboarding, employee engagement activities, and general HR & administrative matters.
• Support payroll processing for service providers and staff across multiple regions (Malaysia, Philippines, India, Italy and Lazarus), including government contributions.
• Administer employee leave, benefits, and staff claims in a timely and accurate manner.
• Manage Work Pass-related matters with the Ministry of Manpower (MOM), including applications, renewals, and cancellations.
• Manage Group Employee Insurance plan by updating staff movement.
• Ensure all HR records are accurately maintained and regularly updated (e.g., Leavers & Joiners List, Recruitment Tracker, Claims Master List, Staff Directory, Org Chart, etc.).
• Serve as a point of contact for staff inquiries related to HR matters and provide timely support and resolution.

Requirements:

• Diploma in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience as a HR professional.
• Good knowledge of employment laws and HR best practices.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Goal-driven, results-oriented and highly motivated.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Proactive with strong interpersonal skills.
