What you'll be doing- Handling all aspects of the employee life cycle, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and employee relations
- Providing guidance and support to managers and employees on HR-related matters, ensuring compliance with relevant labour laws and regulations
- Coordinating and administering employee benefits, payroll, and other HR-related activities
- Maintaining accurate and up-to-date HR records and documentation
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a generalist HR role
- Strong knowledge of human resource management principles, labour laws, and best practices
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to effectively interact with employees at all levels
- Proficient in HR-related software and data analysis tools
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills with a solutions-oriented mindset
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Diploma or Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
