Your new role
  • Process Improvement & Operational Support - Identify inefficiencies or gaps in existing workflows and contribute practical, well-reasoned recommendations to improve processes and operational effectiveness.

Project Execution & Progress Tracking - Support the execution of strategic or ad-hoc projects. Track progress against milestones, follow up on deliverables, and provide clear, structured status updates to stakeholders.

Document Review & Business Support - Review, organize, and support the preparation of contracts, correspondence, and business reports, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely information flow across stakeholders.
Cross-Functional Coordination - Partner with executives and internal teams to support initiatives requiring cross-departmental collaboration. Help align priorities, track action items, and ensure smooth execution of key projects.

Stakeholder Communication & Information Management - Act as a liaison between senior management, internal teams, and external partners. Gather relevant inputs, manage information flow, and prepare concise executive summaries, briefs, or updates as required.

Able to synthesize information, spot patterns, and anticipate risks or issues before they escalate.

Exercises sound judgment and handles sensitive or confidential information with professionalism and integrity.
  • Language Skills
Proficiency in English is required. Mandarin proficiency is a strong advantage for cross-regional or stakeholder communication.
  • Relevant Background

Degree or relevant experience in law, finance, audit, risk, or business management is preferred
