The Fund Operations Analyst supports the Financial Controller in ensuring effective compliance, internal controls and fund operations of the firm. The role focuses primarily on regulatory compliance and governance matters, with supporting responsibilities in business continuity, internal controls and coordination with external service providers.

This position provides hands-on exposure to private equity fund operations within a small to mid-sized family office.
Key Responsibilities- Compliance & Regulatory Support
- Support timely and accurate regulatory reporting, including quarterly filings, notifications, ad-hoc MAS requests and regulatory surveys.
- Assist in monitoring compliance with applicable regulatory requirements, internal policies and procedures.
- Support regular compliance checks and internal audit activities, including coordination with external advisors and timely closure of findings.
- Internal Controls & Business Continuity
- Support the maintenance of internal control frameworks and compliance-related policies and procedures.
- Assist in coordinating annual Business Continuity Plan (BCP) testing, including documentation of results and follow-up actions.
- Track internal audit actions and compliance remediation items to ensure timely closure and no overdue high-risk findings.
- Administrative & Governance Support
- Assist in coordinating with external service providers including auditors, fund administrators, compliance consultants and corporate secretaries.
- Support corporate secretarial and governance matters, including maintenance of statutory records, resolutions and entity documentation.
- Maintain proper filing and record-keeping of compliance, governance and regulatory documents.
- Assist in processing capital calls and distributions, updating of corporate presentation materials and preparation of fundraising and LP updates.
- Finance & Budget Support
- Provide administrative support to the Financial Controller on budgeting and expense monitoring activities.
- Support cost control initiatives through documentation and tracking of professional fees and service provider engagements.
- Diploma in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, Compliance or related discipline.
- 0–1 year of relevant working experience (fresh graduates welcome).
- Prior exposure to finance, compliance, audit or administrative roles is an advantage.
- Strong attention to detail and organisational skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Good written and verbal communication skills.
- Responsible, discreet and able to handle confidential information.
- Willingness to learn and adapt in a small team environment.
