Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and grow a portfolio of Marine Hull insurance clients.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with shipowners, operators, insurers, and business partners.
- Source, negotiate and place Marine Hull and related marine risks with insurers.
- Prepare quotations, policy reviews, renewals and endorsements.
- Provide technical advice and insurance solutions tailored to clients’ needs.
- Support claims handling and coordinate with insurers and clients on claims matters.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand the marine portfolio.
- Stay updated on market developments, underwriting trends and industry regulations.
Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in Marine Hull broking or marine insurance.
- Proficient in MS Office applications
- Possess at least a Diploma / A Level / Degree
- Strong knowledge of Marine Hull insurance and related coverages.
- Good market relationships with insurers and marine industry contacts preferred.
- Strong negotiation, communication and client servicing skills.
- Self-motivated, results-driven and able to work independently.
