Trainee Money Broker

We are a money broking firm looking for dynamic individuals to join us as Trainee Money Broker.

To provide customers with quick and accurate quotes in a fast-paced environment where multiple quotations and communications are happening at the same time. Building strong and long term relationship with our customers is another important aspect of the job.

• Getting orders and executing client’s orders effectively and in line with all rules, regulations, guidelines from regulatory and governing bodies.
• Ensure personal practices/behaviour comply with both internal and external guidelines/policies and applicable law and regulations, be it in the company or outside the company.
• Practise and uphold Company Values.
• Work towards Desk objective and Company objective.
• Promote, explore and expand the business and interest of the Company.
• Maintain and consistently try to improve individual work performance.
• Work as a team, provide assistance to colleagues/juniors regarding work related matters.
• Respond to queries and issues raised by clients.
• Monitor own company expenses
• Reporting work issue encountered to desk head during daily work operation.
• Stay up to date with the latest development in the industry and products
• Build and maintain strong and positive relationship with clients

• Participate in team bonding activities.
• Participate in ad hoc assignment by the Company.

• Minimum Diploma or GCE ‘A’ Level
• Interest in money and financial markets
• Possess excellent numeric and interpersonal skill
• Ability to speak and listen clearly is essential
• Outgoing and positive personality
• Willing to work outside normal office hours
• Able to work on public holidays
