Job Responsibilities:

• Station on-site to oversee day-to-day planning, management and operations of facilities management works and services.
• Carry out inspection services.
• Inspect, update, manage, and track all defects.
• Arrive on-site within response time for works of critical events and events threatening safety and security factors.
• Render engineering and technical services advice and recommendation based on site assessment regarding breakdown maintenance, system upgrading, improvement, replacement, and urgent works.
• Review contractor proposal for second opinion.
• As a Fire Safety Manager (FSM), you shall ensure at all times that the fire safety requirements contained in the Fire Safety Plan of the HTDs are complied with.
• Check, inspect and manage the maintenance of firefighting equipment, ensure the firefighting equipment are not displaced and removed unnecessary, and provide advice on firefighting related matters.
• Ensure that all fire safety systems, such as hose reel system, hydrants, extinguishers, etc., are well maintained and are operationally ready at all times.
• Formulate and submit the yearly Fire Reports according to prevailing authority requirements.
• Prepare and conduct fire emergency evacuation plans and procedures according to prevailing authority requirements and as may be instructed by the Fire Safety Department.
• Be physically present on-site and readily available and provide competent professional support during emergencies when you are on duty.
• Ensure the systems such as service fire extinguishers, public address system, fire alarm system and other fire safety equipment and installations are carried out regularly.
• Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned by your supervisor.

Job Requirements:

• Diploma in Engineering (Electrical, Mechanical, Mechatronic), Building Maintenance, Facilities/Estate Management, with min 3 years relevant experiences.
• Must have hands-on experience in Managing Agent, IFM, hard & soft services, MS Excel, PPT, procurement (quotations), and strong technical knowledge.
• Must possesses Fire Safety Manager certificate with min 3 years experiences high-rise building
