Air Import, Customer Service Executive

• Basic salary: $3000 to $3800 (depends on experience)
• Benefits: AWS + Variable Bonus + Yearly Increment
• Working Hours: Mon to Fri, 9am - 5.30pm | Alternate Sat 9am - 1pm
• Location: Changi Alps Avenue (company transport provided)

Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end airfreight import shipments, from booking to delivery (A–Z)
• Handle import documentation, including airway bills, customs permits, airline bookings, and customs clearance
• Ensure airfreight rates, export permits, and customs processes are accurate and compliant with regulations
• Maintain accurate shipment records in CargoWise
• Liaise with airlines, truckers, customs, and internal teams for smooth operations
• Act as main customer contact and provide timely shipment updates
• Monitor shipment status and resolve operational issues
• Ensure compliance with import regulations, SOPs, and SLAs

Requirements:

• At least 3–5 years of experience in airfreight import operations and customer service support within the logistics industry.
• Strong understanding of import documentation, customs, and workflows
• Hands-on CargoWise knowledge
• Excellent customer service skills with a professional and proactive approach
• Strong coordination and good communication skills
• Able to manage multiple shipments independently
• Singaporean only
