Customer Service Executive (Air Freight / Logistics)
- Location : Changi Cargo (direct bus from Tampines East or Pasir Ris)
- Working hours : Monday
- Friday, 9.00am
- 6.00pm, Alternate Saturday 9am-1pm after probation Salary(commensurate on experience) : Up to $3800 + Performance Bonus + 12 days Annual leave
- Duration : Permanent

Main Responsibilities:
- Act as the main point of contact for customers on airfreight inquiries
- Coordinate closely with customers on shipment requirements and updates
- Prepare and provide accurate quotations based on customer requests
- Follow up on quotations and support conversion to confirmed bookings
- Liaise with internal teams (operations, warehouse, accounts) for smooth execution
- Assist SOE in handling daily sales support and customer servicing tasks
- Monitor and update customers on shipment status when required
- Maintain proper records of quotations and customer communications
- Support ad-hoc duties assigned by SOE
Requirements:
- Minimum ITE/Diploma in related field.
- 1–2 years of experience in logistics or freight forwarding is preferred. Entry-level candidates with relevant exposure are welcome to apply
- Basic knowledge of airfreight processes and terminology
- Experience in quotation handling / customer service in freight industry is preferred
