About the role
We are looking for a proactive and organized Personal Assistant to support our leadership team, managing multiple priorities with efficiency and discretion in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide day-to-day administrative support to the CEO and senior leadership
- Manage calendars, schedule meetings, coordinate internal and external appointments
- Prepare meeting agendas, take minutes, and ensure timely follow-up on action items
- Handling incoming calls, emails and other correspondence in a professional manner
- Make all travel arrangements and reservations, including flights, hotels, visa, dining, land transfers and other logistics.
- Prepare reports, documents, and presentation materials as needed
- Act as the primary liaison between the senior leadership team and both internal and external stakeholders
- Support ad-hoc personal tasks and errands as requested
- Handle sensitive and confidential matters with discretion and professionalism
- Support special projects as assigned by senior leadership team
Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years of experience as a Personal Assistant or Executive Assistant in a similar role
- Diploma or Degree in Business Administration or a related field
- Strong organisational and time management skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritise effectively
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a professional and discreet manner
- Proficient in Microsoft Office suite, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook
- Fluent in English and Mandarin to communicate with internal stakeholder, both spoken and written
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Flexibility and the ability to work well independently in a fast-paced environment
