Job Details:
Duration: 3–6 months contract, must be available for 6 monthsLocation: Ubi
Working Schedule:
- Monday to Friday: 8.30AM - 6.00PM
- Alternate Saturday half days will be activated from 2nd month onwards, for training
Attire: Polo Tee will be given
Responsibilities:
- Greet and attend to walk-in customers in a warm and professional manner
- Promote in-store products and accessories; assist with customer enquiries related to merchandise
- Handle cashiering duties, ensuring all collected payments are accurately processed and submitted to the Accounts department daily
- Attend to incoming phone calls, handle general enquiries, and direct customers to the appropriate team or staff member
- Manage and schedule customer appointments
- Assist in the procedures for customers' collection of vehicles upon completion of service or repair jobs
- Maintain accurate records and documentation to ensure proper tracking and collection of customer purchases or serviced items
Requirements:
- Minimum GCE ‘O’ Levels with at least 1 year of retail/customer service experience
- Demonstrate good interpersonal and communication skills
- Proficient in MS Office; Meticulous with numbers and details.
