About The Role

A great opportunity has arisen to join us in our Asia Pacific Headquarters, based on Raffles Place in Singapore. We are seeking an Executive Assistant to join our Global Occupier Strategy and Solutions team, working with the Global Head of Occupier Strategy and Solutions.

Executive Assistant, Occupier Strategy and Solutions, APACResponsibilities
- Coordinates the Global Head of Occupier Strategy and Solutions calendar for meetings and travel schedules
- Manage travel and accommodation arrangements
- Preparing of general correspondence and professional presentations/ documents for meetings
- Process business expense claims monthly
- Provide support in internal and external communication – memos, emails, presentations, reports Take minutes during meetings
- Work with the marketing team to help arrange client events, logistics support whenever required
- Work/follow-up closely with relevant parties to keep all strategic reports, documentation up to date
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in a similar capacity will be an advantage
- Be prepared to think outside the box and take initiative in order to solve problems as they arise
- Demonstrated experience in supporting manager schedules
- Possesses an energetic, outgoing, and friendly demeanour, self-motivated and self-directed with the ability to multitask, prioritize, and mange time efficiently
- Excellent oral and written communication skills; the ability to call, connect and interact with potential and existing customers
- Experience in Microsoft Office Applications (PowerPoint, Excel, Word, Outlook)
- Team player with ability to work well in a cross-functional team environment; ability to work effectively with diverse teams across diverse cultures and varying levels of capability.
