Kolmar Singapore, established in June 2023, is dedicated to introducing our high-quality products to Singapore and Southeast Asian markets. We are distributing Functional drinks, Health Supplements and are expanding our product line to include Cosmetics and Body Care products, driving market growth and increasing sales.

Duties & Responsibilities:
- Maximize sales through the continued development of our current product portfolio and the introduction of new products to key retailers in Singapore.
- Develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies, establish clear goals, and monitor progress to achieve company targets.
- Provide leadership to the sales team, overseeing merchandising and promotional activities in retail stores.
- Conduct thorough market research and maintain a deep understanding of competitive analysis.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Minimum 5 years of experience in the sales industry.
- Diploma or Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven experience in the FMCG, Cosmetics, or Health Supplements sectors.
- Demonstrated working experience directly with retailers (e.g., Guardian, FairPrice, Unity).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, etc.).
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
