Build and nurture strong, long-lasting relationships with assigned key accounts.
- Act as the main point of contact between the client and the company, gaining a deep understanding of the client's business, goals, challenges, and decision-making processes.
- Work closely with internal teams to provide customized, value-driven solutions that meet the client’s specific needs.
- Identify opportunities to upsell, cross-sell, and expand the business with key accounts.
- Create and implement strategic account plans to drive revenue growth, client retention, and satisfaction.
- Maintain comprehensive records of all client interactions, communications, and agreements in the CRM system.
- Contribute to the development of company-wide key account management strategies and best practices.
- Represent the company and promote brand awareness at key client events and meetings.
- Degree in Business Administration, or equivalent.
- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience.
- Proficient in CRM software and data analysis tools (e.g., Salesforce)
