Interior Designer (Interior Design – Corporate & Commercial Projects)

Immediate Hiring | Full-Time

We are seeking experienced and detail-oriented Interior Designer specializing in corporate and commercial interior design.

1. Provide design and creative solutions to the project assigned.
2. Produce comprehensive architectural, mechanical, and electrical (M&E) drawings, including all required documentation for regulatory and client submissions.
3. Provide necessary presentation materials as and when it is required.
4. Present and sell creative solutions to Clients when required.
5. Support Project Leader in the projects from the beginning to full completion
6. Provide strategic thinking and analysis for a project being proposed
7. Collaborate effectively with design consultants, contractors, and other fit-out specialists to ensure project accuracy and efficiency.
8. Stay current with industry trends, materials, technologies, and best practices in interior design and construction.
9. Other ad hoc duties as assigned by Design Director.

• Minimum 2 years of proven experience in corporate (office) and commercial interior design projects.
• Strong expertise in spatial planning, colour theory, lighting design, materials selection, and custom furniture detailing.
• Proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3ds Max, Illustrator, and other relevant software.
• Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design or a closely related field.
• Excellent communication and documentation skills in English (both written and spoken).
• Creative design sensibility with meticulous attention to detail and construction accuracy.
• Strong in conceptual design and space planning skills
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
• Sound understanding of construction methodologies and design detailing for interior fit-outs.
• Service-oriented with excellent interpersonal, communication and presentation skills.
