You will be the bridge between vision and execution guiding clients through a curated design journey while translating their needs into well-crafted, functional spaces.

- Engage clients in meaningful conversations to understand their lifestyle, aspirations, and spatial needs
- Develop refined design concepts, including space planning, mood boards, and 3D visualizations
- Present proposals with clarity, confidence, and a strong design narrative
- Manage projects holistically from concept development to final handover
- Coordinate closely with contractors, craftsmen, and suppliers to ensure design integrity is maintained
- Conduct regular site visits to oversee quality and progress
- Plan and manage project timelines with precision
- Maintain a high level of professional communication and client care
- Stay attuned to design trends, materials, and detailing
- Passion for interior design, spatial storytelling, and aesthetics
- Open to both emerging and experienced designers min. 1 year experienced (training provided)
- NITEC / Diploma / Degree in Interior Design or related field preferred
- Familiarity with SketchUp, AutoCAD, or Photoshop is advantageous
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build trust and rapport
- Self-driven, results-oriented, and motivated by performance-based earnings
- Good time management and ability to manage multiple projects
- Detail-oriented with a strong sense of design execution
