Job Title: Interior Designer (Commercial Projects)

Company Overview

3+i Design Pte Ltd is an interior design and renovation company specialising in commercial and office fit-out projects in Singapore. We are looking for a passionate and responsible Interior Designer to join our growing team.

Key Responsibilities

Meet and liaise with clients to understand project requirements and design objectives
Prepare design concepts, space planning and presentation materials
Prepare project costing, budgeting and fit-out quotations
Produce detailed construction drawings and 3D visualisations
Conduct site measurements and site surveys
Coordinate with contractors, suppliers and project stakeholders
Liaise with building management/landlords for necessary permits and submissions
Support project execution from concept to completion

Requirements

Minimum 3 years of interior design experience in renovation or construction, preferably commercial projects
Proficient in:
AutoCAD
3D modelling (3ds Max V-Ray or SketchUp)
Adobe Photoshop or Illustrator
Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
Strong project coordination and communication skills
Able to manage multiple projects and timelines
Ability to communicate in English.

Ability to communicate in Mandarin is an advantage to liaise with Mandarin-speaking clients.

Salary

SGD 3,500 – SGD 5,000 per month
(Commensurate with experience)

Additional project incentives available.
