Barista Cum Service Crew - Toa Payoh

Job Description:

We are looking for a friendly, enthusiastic Barista cum Service Crew to join our café team. The ideal candidate will assist with coffee preparation, brunch service, and light food preparation (e.g., sandwiches, salads, and pastries). Training will be provided, but prior experience in food handling or café operations will be an advantage.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and serve coffee, tea, and other beverages according to café standards
• Assist in preparing brunch items such as sandwiches, toasts, salads, and pastries.
• Ensure food presentation and quality meet café standards
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the café, kitchen, and service area
• Handle POS transactions and customer orders accurately
• Provide excellent customer service and a pleasant dining experience
• Assist in opening and closing duties as assigned

Requirements:

• Experience in F&B or café operations preferred (e.g., sandwiches or breakfast menu prep)
• Positive attitude, good communication skills, and team spirit
• Willing to learn — training will be provided
• Able to work weekends and public holidays on a rotating schedule
