Architectural Assistant

We’re looking for a motivated Architectural Assistant to join our team at STUDIO PHAX.
Responsibilities:
- Assist in design development and documentation
- Prepare drawings, models, and presentation materials
- Handle submissions to local authorities (URA, BCA, SCDF, NEA, PUB,etc.)
- Coordinate with consultants and attend site visits
Requirements:
- Diploma/Degree in Architecture
- Familiar with Singapore building codes and submission processes
- Proficient in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Adobe Suite (Revit a plus)
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
