Responsibilities

Participate in systems thinking to connect design with performance, assembly, and deployment
Develop 2D and 3D models using Rhino, Revit, or similar software
Produce design deliverables including concept, schematic, detailed design, submission and construction drawings
Create 3D visualizations and presentation materials to communicate design intent
Operate and manage 3D printing processes
Work closely with team members on material selection, joinery, and detailing
Coordinate with consultants, contractors, and internal teams throughout project stages
Resolve design and technical issues
Contract administration
Ensure designs meet local authority submission standards and regulatory codes

Requirements

ITE, Diploma, or Degree in Architecture, Architectural Technology, or Industrial Design
1–3 years of relevant experience preferred
Skilled in design software such as Rhino, Revit, AutoCAD, SketchUp, Fusion360
Familiarity with Singapore building codes and submission processes is a plus
Strong communication and coordination skills
Able to work both independently and in close-knit teams
