Architectural designer - Geylang

Position Overview: Kaizen Architecture (KZA) is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Architecture Executive to join our innovative team. The ideal candidate will have a background in architecture and project management, with a proven track record of leading architectural projects from inception to completion.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage architectural projects, ensuring they meet client specifications, budget constraints, and regulatory requirements.
• Develop and implement strategic plans for architectural projects, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.
• Collaborate with clients, stakeholders, and team members to define project goals and deliverables.
• Oversee the preparation of architectural designs, drawings, and specifications.
• Ensure compliance with building codes, standards, and regulations.
• Conduct site visits to monitor project progress and address any issues that arise.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture or a related field.
• Minimum of 1 years of experience in architecture
• Proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD and SketchUp.
